Refund policy

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, The Lotus Label will happily accept returns up to 14 days after receiving. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs of the item(s) and these costs will not be refunded. Once the item(s) is/are received in its original and undamaged state, a refund will be issued. Exchanges are not offered. Refunds only. 

Labels may be purchased through your preferred carrier.

Cancellations:

If you need to cancel your order, please contact shoplotuslabel@gmail.com before the item is shipped. Once a shipping label is created, the order can no longer be cancelled.
