Shipping policy
The Lotus Label strives for fast processing. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days not including holidays. Processing time does not include shipping estimates.
In order to help protect your purchase, The Lotus Label recommends keeping Route on all orders. This will add insurance in the event of lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Once the item leaves our shop, shipping may be tracked via your tracking number. Due to this being out of our control, The Lotus Label is not responsible/will not provide refunds for shipping delays or lost packages that show delivered if ROUTE was disabled. The buyer is responsible for ensuring the shipping address they enter is correct. The Lotus Label is not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong location due to errors in entry.
